Five sites, built and run
Who they are, what I built, and where each one stands today. Results figures follow once a full quarter of measurement is in; I’d rather publish numbers than adjectives.
Crown Building
A prime residential and commercial contractor working across London, Hertfordshire and Surrey. I run their advertising, their search and their website.
Google Ads across eight campaigns, one per service line, each pointed at the page that actually answers the search.
A 77-page site on Cloudflare, with fonts and libraries self-hosted, a strict content security policy and structured data on every page.
A lead and activity database inside Crown’s own Cloudflare account. Every form, call and inbound email is recorded against the search or advert that produced it, so an enquiry that becomes a contract months later can still be traced to its source.
Search Console, GA4 and answer-engine readiness: schema, llms.txt and AI crawlers allowed explicitly.
Paul is our business development partner, running our advertising, our search and our website. He is almost like an in-house expert, and we rely on him for great business growth and his understanding of the business itself. He has great experience working within our industry, which shows his excellence over the four years of work he has been involved in.
He is great at reporting, tells us what is actually happening, including when it isn’t what we want to hear, and he checks before he claims anything. Our working relationship extends beyond just a business development partner; he is very active in our internal processes too, and we collaborate on various other projects in different scopes.
Xena Design & Build
A luxury interior design and fit-out studio in Dubai. I audited their previous site, then rebuilt it as code on Cloudflare in five languages.
English, Arabic (right to left), Russian, and Simplified and Traditional Chinese: over 850 pages, every language generated from the finished English page so none can drift out of step with it.
Every translation checked against a client glossary, reviewed and back-translated before it ships.
A check that runs before every release, so a broken link or a placeholder cannot reach the live site.
Measurement set up in Xena’s own accounts from the first day.
The Daily Drop
A liquidation bin store in Dallas, Texas: customer returns and overstock in daily price-drop bins. I built the site and I’m running the launch.
A bilingual English and Spanish site, matching the store’s own bilingual signage.
The domain moved from GoDaddy to Cloudflare without touching the mail.
Hero video and short films encoded to play on iPhone as well as desktop.
The launch campaign: influencer reels in English and Spanish, social, and Google and Meta advertising.
Gateway House RTM
The leaseholder-owned right-to-manage company for a 77-flat block in Finchley, North London. I rebuilt its website and put its email on its own domain.
The site rebuilt and moved onto Cloudflare, as a single public home for the company.
Google Workspace set up on the company’s own domain.
Aerial photography and film of the building.
